Well here is my first actual post. My daughter girl scout troop is having a fundraiser Friday night. So I thought I would make some marshmallow pops for it.
- First I used a 11 oz bag of white chocolate chips.
- I put them into a microwavable bowl and then microwaved them at 70% heat. I did it for 35 seconds.
- Then I did it a couple more times until melted. After that I put a small amount of vegetable oil in the melted chips. Then stir until completely mixed.
- After that I dipped sticks into melted chocolate then I would put them into the strawberry marshmallow.And then I allowed it to harden up for about a minute or two.
- Then after they harden I would take marshmallow with stick attached and coat rest of marshmallow in chocolate. Then I would sprinkle them with decorators sugar.
- And last but not least I allow them to harden up. Before packaging them up.
